Red Block by Sangbin IM examines both human societal and geometric infrastructures and questions the distinction between space and place in an anti-Cartesian worldview. A singular perspective that articulates the paradox of multiplicity.

BIO

Sangbin IM is an artist working in the domains of painting, photography and video art. He is also a professor at Sungshin University in Seoul, Korea and a writer and lecturer with multiple published books. He obtained his MFA in painting and printmaking from Yale University as a Fulbright scholar and earned his doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University.
